Fullywow Aluminium has 3 anodizing lines, two of them are automatic auto profile anodizing lines.
Powder coating is a process that uses powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine) to apply powder coating to the surface of aluminum extrusions. Under the effect of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of aluminum extrusion to form a powder coating; the powder coating will be leveled and cured after high temperature baking, and it will become the final coating with different effects (different types of powder coating effects) ; The effect of powder spraying is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc., and the cost is also under the same effect of the paint.
Fullywow Aluminium has 3 coating lines, one is the Swiss Gema vertical spraying line, which is currently at the leading level in domestic market; one is the horizontal coating line, which can well meet the needs of customers for coating aluminum extrusion of different lengths; the other is PVDF coating line, with has extended the service life of aluminum extrusions for outdoor use.
Fullywow Aluminum has two production lines for wood grain transfer equipment, which can carry out 2D, 3D, 4D different wood grain transfer, so as to provide a variety of colors for aluminum doors and windows profiles indoor and outdoor.
