To date, Fullywow Aluminium has 10 aluminium alloy extrusion lines, ranging from 600-3600 tonnes. These include fully automatic automotive profile extrusion lines and micro channel ultra wide profile extrusion lines

The extrusion proces is to manufacture a wanted form from installing pre-heated aluminum billets and molds into the extrusion facilities. Fullywow Aluminium has advanced extrusion equipment, and has accumulated a rich experience in extrusion, so as to provide customers with a variesty of customidized aluminum extrusion services.
So far, Fullywow Aluminium has 10 aluminum extrusion lines, from 600-3600 Tons, including full-automatic auto profile extrusion line, and micro-channel and super wide profile extrusion line. Subverting the traditional extrusion process, the micro-channel super-wide profile has a maximum width of 550mm and a minimum thickness of 1mm, thus expanding the infinite possibilities for the development and application of special profiles.
